from our website. You may also use an official purchase
order from your institution.
Payment:
VISA or MASTER cards are accepted. Credit card
information must include card number, card holder's name,
and expiration date. Please inquire separately for wire
transfers.
Price Policy:
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please consult with us
for volume purchase or custom orders. Special price quotations will be honored
for 30 days. All custom orders must accompany 50% deposit at the time of order.
Shipment:
Shipments are generally made by EMS. You can also specify
other carriers of your choice. Orders of different weight and
sizes of papers may require more than one package to insure
their safety. We pack your order with great care. Please unpack
and inspect shipments as soon as you receive them. If there is
any damage, please notify the delivery carrier first, and then us.
All claims pertaining to damages and missing items must be made
within 10 days of receipt.
Returns:
Due to the delicate nature of papers, please understand that we do
not accept returns or exchanges.
